Monty Python on PBS - Which is not unduly obvious, as I am about to explain
Monty Python on PBS
If you get PBS, starting tonight (at least, here), they're starting to show the favorite sketches of the Monty Python crew. My local PBS seems to be airing two episodes in a row today. And then they're going to start showing the original episodes, by all accounts! Hurrah! (Anyone know when the new Doctor Who season starts on CBC, roughly?)

"And Collin 'Bomber' Harris has knocked himself out!"

Repeats on Saturday afternoon, for those in range of WNED (Buffalo/Toronto).

As for DW, apparently... fall. Last year, it helped fill the hockey strike: this year, with hockey all over the place, it'd be impossible to have a 'regular schedule'.

To which I say "Screw hockey". That, and "Bittorrent, my one true friend." :)

Grrrr. It all comes down to money, I guess. Hockey rakes in the advertisers. It's a pity CBC can't figure out that if they want a stable base of viewers, the trick is to get good programming and *not* switch the times around. Sigh. For Bittorrent, when's it airing in England, then?
